摘要:High-intensity proton accelerator Facility, J-PARC, is working on high intensity since 2022, after the up-grade of all the power supplies in the main ring, they were expected to increase the repetition rate significantly, so that fast extraction(FX) in neutrino mode pushing up to 1.3 MW beam power. at the same time, slow extraction(SX) beam to the hadron hall is also extracted better than 100 kW. There are proposals requesting extension of the hadron hall almost doubled; in a present size of the exp. hall, and numbers of secondary beam lines. In this talk, I will introduce the hadron hall extension program briefly.

报 告 人: Tomofumi Nagae (永江知文)教授

报告人简介:Tomofumi Nagae is a senior professor at Kyoto University. He received the PhD at the University of Tokyo in 1986. After working at the University of Tokyo and KEK, he joined Kyoto University and took the professorship since 2007. His primary research field is experimental hypernuclear and strange particle physics. He has published more than 70 few author papers and hundreds of collaboration papers. He served as PRC editorial board member, member of Science Council of Japan and the president of the Physical Society of Japan.
